Since bursting into the public eye with the release of “Latch” in 2012, Disclosure have been a fixture in dance music. Though Guy and Howard Lawrence are only 25 and 22, respectively, the brothers have amassed an impressive three Grammy nominations across their two albums, and have toured almost perennially for the past seven years.

Disclosure announced in a letter to their fans today, February 8, that they will be taking an indefinite hiatus.  In their letter, the duo state that they “are only going to do a few special things,” which include the return of their Wildlife festival as well as “a few other bits they can’t mention just yet.”

The duo goes on to note that they will primarily be taking time off this year “enjoying some much needed rest.” Disclosure end their letter by promising, “We will be back!” but do not specify how long their hiatus will be.
