Titled “Waist Time,” the track is decidedly bass house, marinated in the spirit of Diplo’s dancehall influence The vocals are clearly the contribution of Diplo, as are characteristic embellishments like the drum line breakdown and alarm risers dribbling throughout the track, but the core of the track lies in the drop’s bass house, which is a fat and saucy dose of Autoerotique’s finest. Overall, the collaboration is an interesting combination of an Autoerotique arrangement spiced with Diplo production, making for a tune that’s sure to get some play throughout the year.
