NIIKO X SWAE and Honey & Badger fire off a club-ready weapon with “Automatic,” a Tech House track stacked with punchy drums, retro synths, and a driving bassline.
How ‘Automatic’ Came About
“We first met Honey & Badger during the chaos of a Miami Music Week party in 2024” shares the LA-based duo, NIIKO X SWAE; “A few months later, he flew out from Brussels to Los Angeles and hit us up for a studio session. It was our first real time hanging out together, and it naturally took a minute to land on the right idea in the studio. After bouncing ideas back and forth, Honey & Badger pulled up a vocal sample from the early 90s that had raw, nostalgic rave energy. The production followed with heavy rave stabs and fat-sounding drums, paying homage to the era of the original track. That one clicked instantly for us, and the track was essentially finished in one sitting.”
The producers add; “Beyond the music, the real magic came from the strong bond formed during this session. ‘Automatic’ takes us back to that unique moment where lifelong friendships are made,whether in the studio or on the dancefloor.”
NIIKO X SWAE have dominated the Dim Mak airwaves in 2025, first with “Drop It Low,” and then with “International Party Girl” – both singles that feel equal parts progressive and nostalgic. “Automatic” feels just the same, proving the duo can pull from their 90s influences, while still ma

Childhood friends and LA-based duo NIIKO X SWAE are living reminders of what friendship and cherishing those coming-of-age moments are all about. Today, NIIKO X SWAE are familiar faces in dance music. Their collaboration with Tiesto and Tears For Fears on ‘Rule The World (Everybody)’ has gone viral with over 150 million views on Instagram. The flip has amassed over 5M views on NXS’ IG content with over 11,000 UGC videos on the platform alone. This led to an official clearance and release, and the record is now garnering over 30k streams per day on Spotify with placements on Tech House Operator and DJ support from Tiesto, Patrick Topping at Creamfields and more.
The Tao Group Hospitality Las Vegas residents have also become a household name in the remix lane, releasing remixes for Bebe Rexha, Armin van Buuren, John Legend, and more. NIIKO X SWAE’s Sacrifice remix for Bebe Rexha has topped 7 million streams and earned a top spot on KIIS FM’s “Top 20 Beats of the Week”, helping lead Sacrifice to #1 on Dance Radio. NXS is excited to continue voraciously touring, recently their debut headline, ‘Rule The World Tour,’ and their first-ever festival plays at Escapade and Lost In Dreams.

Alexandre Dumont, better known as Honey & Badger, is a Belgian DJ and Producer who has been making a significant impact since catching Tchami’s attention in late 2018.
