A New Era for Workals Begins

Paris-born composer, producer, and performer Worakls has released his highly anticipated new album ‘From One Blink to Another’ –  available now via Polydor / Universal Music France.

A visionary new chapter from one of France’s most distinctive electronic artists, the album marks Worakls’ boldest and most expansive project to date, merging the cinematic sweep of orchestral composition with the emotional power of electronic music.

‘From One Blink to Another’ is an ambitious, time-spanning exploration of sound and sentiment — a reflection on modern chaos, collective emotion, and the spaces between calm and intensity. At the crossroads of genres and cultures, the album features collaborations that highlight Worakls’ reach and vision:

Carl Cox, bringing his legendary techno energy to “No Boundaries”

Apashe & Wasiu, on the explosive single “Rome is Burning”

Lili Poe, on the haunting French electro-pop track “L’Amour, L’Amer, Le Chaos”

Heyoon, blending K-pop elegance with symphonic grandeur

Ekaterina Shelehova and Loreen (two-time Eurovision winner), adding ethereal northern European tones

Orchestral Emotion Meets Cinematic Power

The single “Rome is Burning” — created with Apashe and Wasiu — stands as a central moment on the record. Its accompanying video presents a surreal reflection on modern indifference and the absurdity of daily life amidst chaos — a visual statement that captures the album’s overarching theme: to look up from distraction and reconnect with the world around us. Each composition redefines what orchestral electronic music can be, building a bridge between the intimacy of emotion and the scale of cinematic sound.

Following his acclaimed European Orchestra Arena Tour, Worakls brings his live performance to North America this fall and winter — not a DJ set, but a fully live reinterpretation of his own compositions. Each performance showcases Worakls’ signature artistry — conducting, composing, and performing his own music live, combining acoustic instrumentation with electronic production in an immersive, emotionally charged experience.

With sold-out shows and over one million tickets sold worldwide, Worakls continues to redefine the intersection between the concert hall and the club. The release of From One Blink to Another underscores his evolution as a modern composer, capable of uniting classical sophistication with the visceral energy of electronic sound. This new era finds Worakls transcending genres, languages, and borders — creating a world where emotion, artistry, and innovation coalesce into something truly timeless.

Purpose Beyond the Sound

Beyond the music, Worakls has become a leading advocate for sustainability within the electronic community. He is the co-founder of Ocean Fest, an eco-conscious and charity-driven festival organized alongside environmental activist and journalist Hugo Clément. The event donates 100% of proceeds to nonprofit organizations — including Sea Shepherd in 2023 — with artists performing entirely for free.

His track “Pipeline”, created in collaboration with activist Camille Étienne, became an anthem for resistance against the EACOP oil pipeline project in Uganda, reflecting his commitment to environmental and humanitarian causes.
