KASKADE ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM UNDUX
A DEEPLY PERSONAL RETURN FROM ONE OF DANCE MUSIC’S MOST INFLUENTIAL ARTISTS
Eight-time GRAMMY nominee and global electronic icon Kaskade announces his long-awaited new studio album, undux, is set to arrive this Winter – a body of work that marks one of the most introspective and personal chapters of his career.
A defining force in modern dance music, Kaskade has shaped the global soundscape for more than two decades – from It’s You, It’s Me and Atmosphere to his groundbreaking Las Vegas residencies and historic Coachella headlining sets. With undux, he turns the lens inward, crafting an album that explores the balance between light and shadow, memory and motion, and the space between connection and solitude.
While Kaskade has long been known for his anthemic melodies and emotional resonance, undux represents a new level of openness – a project that blends the sonic architecture of his signature sound with a rawer, more human pulse. Each track acts as a reflection on transformation, vulnerability, and rediscovery: the act of letting go, revisiting what was left unsaid, and finding clarity in uncertainty.
Themes of reconnection, renewal, and emotional honesty run through the project – from meditations on love and closure to explorations of what it means to rebuild after breaking. It’s a record that doesn’t shy away from pain but transforms it into something transcendent: an album equally about grief and gratitude, endings and beginnings.
The project reflects a renewed creative energy and depth from an artist whose influence continues to ripple across genres and generations. undux will arrive through Arkade and Monstercat, bridging the timeless emotion of Kaskade’s songwriting with the forward momentum of today’s electronic landscape.
With this new era, Kaskade reaffirms his position not only as a pioneer of U.S. dance music but as a continually evolving storyteller – one whose sound has shaped countless moments across global dance culture.

In February 2024, Kaskade made history as the first-ever In-Game DJ at the Super Bowl, captivating over 123.4 million viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research. Later that year, in March, he was named Best Male Artist of the Year at the iHeartRadio EDM Awards, while Kx5 took home the award for Best New Group. Continuing his trailblazing journey, in May 2024, Kaskade became the first-ever starting grid DJ at a Formula 1 race in Miami.
Dominating the Live Arena
Kaskade’s dominance in the sports entertainment arena continued in 2024 with performances at major events, including the X Games in Ventura, CA, a post-Phillies game set in July, and a LIV Golf tournament performance. He also made surprise appearances at Coachella, joining forces with John Summit and Alison Wonderland in 2024, and completing a 3-hour back-to-back set with Idris Elba in 2025.
In October 2024, Kaskade played an unforgettable set in New York City’s Central Park, adding yet another milestone to his remarkable career. His legacy continued a steep growth trajectory in 2023 when Kaskade and deadmau5 graced the cover of Billboard and headlined SXSW. Their groundbreaking show at the LA Memorial Coliseum in 2022 set a record for the largest single-day concert headlined by an electronic artist in North America, according to Pollstar. Billboard also named it the biggest ticketed global headliner dance event of that year.
Kaskade’s fanbase is nothing short of evangelical, thanks to his ability to transcend genres. His collaborations with iconic artists such as Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani, and Meghan Trainor showcase a unique talent for creating his signature sound across various musical landscapes.
