Jörgen Releases Debut EP LIBRE
Carving out his own lane in the global house scene, Jörgen is set to unveil his debut project, the LIBRE EP, out now via Greater Than Distribution. Spanning five tracks, LIBRE reflects the evolution of his sound — deep tech foundations driven by heavy basslines and hypnotic synths, fused with the Latin rhythms of his roots and the atmospheric influences of time spent between Boston, Iceland, Colombia, and Los Angeles. The result is a body of work that feels immersive and transportive, built for the late-night dancefloor yet grounded in personal experience.
The rollout has already showcased the breadth of Jörgen’s vision. “Montañas Oscuras” highlighted his Latin influences and earned placements on Spotify’s Latin House and Deezer’s Latin House playlists. “You Know I’ve Had Enough” leaned into hypnotic grooves and was picked up by Spotify’s Fresh Finds: Dance. On September 26, he drops “I Lost Control”, a driving, late-night cut built on a commanding bassline and urgent synths. His releases have also gained support from respected selectors including Westend, Haylee Wood, Tom & Collins, Leandro Da Silva, Felix Cartal, Tita Lau, Ferreck Dawn, and more. Adding to this momentum are standout sets at SXSW and Beyond Wonderland SoCal, alongside multiple features in SPIN Magazine.
With LIBRE, Jörgen delivers more than a debut EP — it’s a statement of intent, capturing the freedom of an artist stepping fully into his sound while inviting listeners into his world.
