Entering the “Portal of Illusions”: Decadence Drops A Stacked 2025 NYE Phase 01 Lineup

Decadence Arizona is returning to Phoenix Raceway this New Year’s Eve, with a two-night festival set for December 30 and 31. Now in its eleventh year, the event opens a new decade with its “Portal of Illusions” theme. Decadence has become a core part of the Southwest’s dance music scene, known for its late-night sets and year-end madness. Every year, fans from across the country fly out to close out the year the way they know best: on the dance floor. Phase one just dropped. Heavy hitters and fan favorites pack the lineup to deliver serious heat to the final hours of 2025, with more to be announced.

Big Names Are Here to Shut Down the Year

Even with just phase one, the lineup’s already got plenty to be excited about. Zedd is known to deliver a mainstage-ready set, filled with massive drops, sing-alongs, and the kind of cinematic energy that fits a New Year’s Eve moment. Kaskade brings one of the most recognizable catalogs in dance music, mixing older classics with smoother, late-night sounds. Griz is locked in for the countdown set, which means sax solos, genre switches, bass drops, and a whole lot of feel-good chaos to ring in 2026. Subtronics’ sets, without a doubt, are intense and full of sharp transitions, face-melting bass, and wild crowd energy.

This year’s house picks come with serious momentum. Fisher always draws a massive crowd wherever he goes. His sets are fun, loud, and built around house beats that make people lose it. Knock2 is easily one of the most talked about names, with fast, bass-heavy sets that feel like they’re moving at 200 BPM. Sammy Virji stands out as one of the biggest forces in UK garage. His tracks are bouncy and vibey, known to get fans jumping. Green Velvet brings his signature vocals, tech-house grooves, and a kind of stage presence that gets the whole crowd dancing with him.

If that’s not enough, the rest of the lineup brings even more range. Sara Landry delivers the hard techno, it’s perfect for the fans who like things dark and heavy. Chase & Status play drum and bass that takes over the crowd like no one else. Their sets produce the best kind of grimey and intense energy. Tape B is coming in with a slower, more experimental sound that blends laid-back dubstep with clear hip-hop influence. Mike Posner’s is stepping into the electronic scene again, brining the kind of wildcard energy that makes his set one to catch.

Everything You Need to Know Before You Enter the Portal

The festival once again will feature top-tier production, immersive art, and the return of the Weird & Wonderful performers. The first wave of artists are announced and the lineup is already building so much hype. Decadence is shaping up to be one of the strongest ways to close out the year. Between the stacked schedule, desert setting, and late-night energy, it’s everything you’d want from a New Year’s Eve festival.
