Julian Sacheli Steps Out Solo with “Be Alone”

on Dirtybird Records’ 20th Anniversary

Julian Sacheli Marks a Bold Solo Return with ‘Be Alone’ on Dirtybird Records

After years as one half of the powerhouse duo Black V Neck, Julian Sacheli makes a bold return to the spotlight with “Be Alone.” This marks his first solo release in eight years. Now part of Dirtybird Records’ 20th anniversary compilation, the track sets the tone for a more introspective and personal sound.

From Miami to the Mainstage

Raised in Miami and influenced early by his DJ father, Sacheli was immersed in house music from the start. By age 12, he was producing on Ableton and mixing vinyl records. Even as a teenager, he performed and released tracks throughout the Miami scene.

In 2017, Julian Sacheli co-founded Black V Neck with longtime friend Ian Beato. Their high-energy tech-house sound gained global traction, landing them on stages like Coachella, Ultra, EDC Vegas, Space Miami, and Brooklyn Mirage.

A Sonic Shift with “Be Alone”

Now, in 2025, Julian Sacheli launches a new chapter. “Be Alone” is both a clever double entendre and a shift in musical identity. Built on arpeggiated melodies, deep-tech grooves, and crisp percussion, it delivers a more emotional and moody listening experience.

At the heart of the track is a haunting vocal sample that reimagines solitude as empowerment. While Black V Neck’s catalog thrives on bold, high-energy drops, Sacheli’s solo work leans into restraint and reflection. Still, “Be Alone” maintains the dancefloor appeal that has defined his career.

A Fresh Start with Dirtybird Records

“This is my first solo release in 8 years, so I’m excited and nervous at the same time,” says Julian Sacheli. “Either way, I’m ecstatic to do it with Dirtybird, who have been supporting me for years now.”

With “Be Alone,” Julian Sacheli delivers more than just a strong track—he unveils a deeper, more personal dimension to his artistry. At the same time, Dirtybird Records continues its mission of spotlighting inventive, forward-thinking house music. Together, this collaboration marks an important moment in both their histories.
