Terror has already struck in 2017; a gunman dressed as Santa Claus has attacked the Reina nightclub in Istanbul, Turkey. Reports state that 35 people were killed in the attack, and 40 others wounded after the unnamed assailant opened fire on an estimated 500 people inside the venue. The tragedy occurred around 1:45 am, and police have cordoned off a two mile area around the club, as the operation to capture the assailant is still under way.
