Revolutionary dance music force Kaleena Zanders breathes new life into Paris Hilton and Meg The Stallion’s club anthem “BBA” (Bad Bitch Academy), delivering a high-voltage remix that infuses the original track with vibrant house energy and swagger. With Megan Thee Stallion’s fierce bars and Paris’ glamor-driven persona still front and center, Zanders transforms “BBA” into a pulsing, bass-boosted banger.

As a Black queer artist, Kaleena Zanders channels the spirit of dance music at its roots – bold, inclusive, and unapologetically free. Her remix for pop culture icon Paris Hilton and rap powerhouse Megan Thee Stallion is a vibrant intersection of queer excellence and pop culture royalty, landing just in time for Pride Month.

Originally released on Hilton’s Infinite Icon album, “BBA” stood out for its electroclash-meets-pop bravado and viral-ready hook. The music video, featuring Heidi Klum, Lance Bass, and Meghan Trainor, doubled down on its celebration of self-confidence and femme power. Kaleena Zanders takes that spirit to the next level, layering in her signature style and igniting the track with infectious energy.

This Pride Month, Paris Hilton and her nonprofit 11:11 Media Impact are raising funds for Rainbow Railroad – an organization that helps at-risk LGBTQI+ individuals escape violence and persecution by providing emergency relocation, crisis support, and direct financial aid. On May 30, Paris is dropping Infinite Icon: The Remixes – an album of reimagined tracks from her 2024 album Infinite Icon. For every TikTok or Instagram video posted using a song from the remix album in June, Paris will donate $11 to Rainbow Railroad (up to $111,111).

Kaleena adds; “With my remix of BBA, I wanted the song to match the energy of Paris’ & Megan’s voice. I mean they are absolute pop icons and I tried to think of these two powerful women as if they were in an electronic band that tapped into big bad ass sassy, electric funk pop that you can shake your bum to. It was such a treat to play guitar, sing soulful riffs and vocal harmonies on the track to give it the Kaleena Zanders sauce. I also brought in my good friend and pop writer/producer Liam Benayon to help me conceptualize a drop that was out of this world! Big Love to Paris Hilton and Meg Thee Stallion for bringing me on board to this.”
Spring 2025 has held pivotal performances for Kaleena, as she not only supported drag allstar Trixie Mattel on tour in Salt Lake City and San Diego in May, but she also took Weekend 1 of Coachella by storm with three performances in three days. Her Coachella takeover included a Thursday night set at the Camp Grounds with Chris Lake, a B2B with Coco + Breezy at the stunning Quasar Stage, and a high energy set at the technicolor dance music haven the Do LaB.
