Especially since her popular collaboration with The Chainsmokers for “Closer,” Halsey’s music has been hot property- attracting the attention of eminent and upcoming producers alike. The latest of this growing pool of artists is Dutch producer R3hab– highly regarded for producing chart-topping mainstream EDM and Pop remixes.

His latest work is a future bass remix of “Now or Never,” taken from Halsey’s latest album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom. The track is a perfect example of a well-executed, if not essentially genial remix. Like a number of future bass tracks before it, R3hab’s remix sticks to the same formula, featuring basic piano chord progressions, simple percussive elements and pleasant vocals preceding a smooth bass drop.
