After taking months to performing his first show of 2017, Steve Angello returned to the spotlight during his set at Coachella. The former Swedish House Mafia member has been cryptically leading up to this anticipated performance with a themed Instagram layout and Coachella based tweets, leaving fans questioning what he had in store for this event.
With a brand-new speech-style introduction that vigorously energized the crowd, Angello treated fans to some of his biggest hits “KNAS,””SLVR”, and “Show Me Love” before diving into an unreleased goldmine of singles from his forthcoming album. With no official release date yet in store, the Stockholm-native played an hour long set showcasing a diverse array of his music, and foreshadowed a change in his previous explosive progressive-hit style into a darker and more intricate downtempo field.
