Wehbba quit his day job as a dentist over a decade ago in favor of immersing himself fully into the scene that sparked the most passion within, and has since become one of the foremost ambassadors of underground house and techno out of his home country in Brazil. These days he favors a mixture of warm, driving percussion and retro influence of Detroit tech and balanced melodic progressions with a tantalizing development.

The artist has a big year ahead of him, having just released a brand new tune on the famed Bedrock imprint and commencing his extensive tour across North America on February 17. Amid his busy schedule, Wehbba has provided the latest Dancing Astronaut AXIS mix. Over his hourlong set, the DJ takes us on a pulsating journey through old and new sounds that maintain a raw rave spirit all while remaining appropriate for the contemporary dance-floor.
